How we Work?
We partner with health clinics and breast imaging centers across Oklahoma to provide mammograms, diagnostic procedures and surgeries at no cost to you. To qualify and receive a voucher, you can visit any of our participating clinic locations. These facilities are the access point into our program and will ultimately become your medical home. Clinic locations by county are easily accessible by clicking on your county below. To qualify, you must:
- Be a resident of Oklahoma. Temporary visitors are not Oklahoma residents.
- Have no private insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, Title 19, or a CDIB card.
- Meet our income guidelines.

What happens after you qualify?
The clinic will provide you with an OPW Voucher and connect you with the closest contracted hospital or breast imaging center to receive your mammogram or other covered breast related services. A list of participating breast imaging centers can be found by clicking on your county below.
